Introduction

Applicant holds a post in Department of Nutrition and Health Science of Chang Gung University of Science and Technology as principal investigator. The main research focus is on physiologically active natural product from Chinese traditional medicine (CTM) and food, including the preparative procedure, analysis, isolation and purification.

The laboratory is equipped with comprehensive instrumentation for the separation and purification of natural products. In addition, close collaboration with the  Research Center of Food and Cosmetic Safety (RCFCS) and the Center for Drug Research and Development provides a well-established platform for bioactivity screening and advanced analytical techniques. Furthermore, the laboratory maintains strong partnerships with industry, with the aim of translating fundamental research outcomes into practical industrial applications.
