Research Field
The PI's work focuses on problem-based research and design of thin films and coatings for practical and industrial purpose. On-going topics include but not limited to biomedical materials, semiconductor, micro- and nano- tribology etc.
The laboratory is based on thin film deposition techniques, exploring the relationship between processing parameters and resultant surface properties.
