Research Field
Prof Liu received his Ph.D in Environmental Engineering from the National Cheng Kung University of Taiwan in 2004. He was a visiting research at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, California, U.S.A. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering at the National Cheng Kung University. His research focuses on clean energy and carbon-negative solutions to achieve sustainable environments. He has published over 130 SCI journal papers and 6 book chapters. He is recorded in the top 2% Scientists in the World (2023-2024) released by Stanford University. He also serves as Associate Editors and Editorial Board Members in different journals.
