Dr.Jane S. C. Liu serves as Vice Professor of Marketing and Logistics Management Department, Associate Dean of RD and IAC Officeof CYUT. She is well experienced in business administration, project management, HR, Entrepreneurship Incubation and innovation. The CYUT Incubator is a dynamic and energetic incubator, it shows energy, commitment to the client. It has received many outstanding awards from the government. The CYUT Incubator was certificated with EU-BIC Quality Mark in Europe since 2012. It also ranked by UBI Global (Sweden) as No.2 of the World and No.1 of Asia-Pacific for University Incubators of 2015-2016.
Dr./Prof. Liu was assigned as the Local Contact Point (LCP) of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) Global Project by the European Business & Innovation Centre Network (EBN) since 2020. She also executived a lot of public and private projects with her team which always highly ranked by the clients.

The Office of Research and Industry-Academia Collaboration at CYUT supports faculty and student research, promotes industry-academic partnerships, and encourages innovation and entrepreneurship. Dr. Jane Su-Chuan Liu’s research centers on entrepreneurship education, innovation systems, and industry-academia collaboration. She is particularly interested in how universities can foster entrepreneurial thinking through experiential learning and cross-sector partnerships. Her work also explores consumer behavior in emerging markets and the integration of social innovation with regional development. With a strong foundation in management and practical experience in startup incubation, Dr. Liu aims to bridge academic research with real-world impact.
