Nguyen Thi My Hanh is currently an assistant professor in Industrial Engineering and Management at Yuan Ze University, Taoyuan, Taiwan. She received her Master and PhD degree in Industrial Management at National Central University, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Her bachelor’s major is International Economics at Foreign Trade University, Vietnam. Her research interests include supply chain management, smart manufacturing, pricing strategy, green supply chain, and channel coordination. She has contributed to advancing these fields through her academic publications, conference presentations, and collaborative projects. Her work focuses on solving practical industry challenges through innovative models and strategies that improve efficiency, sustainability, and coordination in global supply chains. She serves as a reviewer of the Journal of Industrial and Production Engineering (JIPE) and the International Journal of Industrial Engineering: Theory, Applications and Practice (IJIETAP).
The Global Logistics and Innovation Optimization Laboratory focuses particularly on the design, analysis, and application of optimization algorithms in the following areas: global logistics, supply chain management, vehicle routing, port operations, production scheduling, image processing, reliability system design, portfolio optimization, resource allocation, big data analysis, and performance measurement. Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art personal computers and related software, such as Borland C++ Builder, Visual Studio, MATLAB, CPLEX, Gurobi, NeuralWorks Professional II, eM-Plant, Expert Choice, and others.
