Introduction

Chompunut Lumsangkul is presently employed at the department of animal science, National Chung Hsing University. She is currently employed in the field of animal nutrition, with a specific focus on monogastric immunonutrition. 

Greetings and welcome to our laboratory! We primarily concentrate on monogastric immunonutrition, specifically focusing on research topics that correspond to the following fields:

2. Impact of mycotoxins on animal health

Job Description

  • Screen pharmacological agents and functional feed ingredients using chicken or porcine intestinal organoid models.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of gene and protein expression associated with immunological responses in chicken or porcine intestinal organoids.
  • Acquire and apply experimental techniques for inducing and evaluating immune responses in chicken or porcine intestinal organoid models.
