Job Description
Reserach Objectives
- To design and synthesize new hydrophilic monomers featuring N-oxide, sulfoxide and zwitterionic moieties.
- To optimize PET-RAFT polymerization conditions using ZnTPP under red-light irradiation for efficient polymerization in aqueous or mixed solvents.
- To investigate the structure–property relationships of the resulting polymers in terms of their molecular weight control, functionality, and antifouling properties.
